Controllers

Vibratory feeders are powered by controllers dedicated to operate with electromagnetic devices.

We present in our offer a well proven proprietary products subjected to rigorous testing.

Well diversified offer of controllers for vibratory feeders facilitates compliance with our clients’ requirements offering a vast variety of functions:

  • Stepless element transport speed control;
  • Smooth start and stop of feeder operation (the so-called ramp);
  • Possibility to use external analogous signal to control device’s operation;
  • 24V DC blocking connector;
  • Input signal frequency control with frequency converter;
  • Feeder system operation control using external sensors;
  • Possibility to control operation with pneumatic electrovalve supporting vibratory feeder action;
  • Continuous regulation of feeder vibration amplitude using an accelerometer in the feedback system;
  • Possibility to use only one controller for 2 or even 3 vibrators.

Practically all options can be supplied.

KEY:

ZEW. 10kΩ (Potentiometer in the table) – possibility to fit an external industrial 10kΩ potentiometer to the controller internal connection.

Soft/fast ramp – increase of the start or stop signal to avoid any surge associated with sudden drive unit stoppage. Control in three time intervals separated steplessly from each other (every 0-4s)

Vibratory hopper (6A) – Bowl feeder (8A) – Linear feeder (6A)
