Cylindrical feeders

Cylindrical vibratory feeders are used for element orienting, i.e. positioning in a clear-cut, invariable and orderly way.

There is a possibility to use a cylindrical feeder to feed more than one type of elements if they are similar in shape and size. We manufacture also multitrack feeders supplying more than 1 feeding line. We are also experienced in manufacturing of cylindrical feeders for parts packaging.

Bowls are always manufactured in accordance with individual Client’s needs. This subassembly is every time adapted, through its provision with orienting traps, to a specific element. Bowl size has impact on autonomy of operation of the cylindrical feeder. The more elements are in it, the longer operates the feeder without supplementation by its operator. We also offer vibratory hoppers, which automate filling in with elements, if needed.

Cylindrical drive unit units are selected to suit the bowl size. All the drive unit units that we offer are manufactured by us. Spare parts are available instantly, if needed.

Cylindrical drive unit units direction

We offer you orienting bowls made of AISI 304 stainless steel for three types of cylindrical vibratory feeders: cylindrical, stepped and conical. Bowls can be made of other materials such as, among other things, AISI 316 stainless steel.

Q Type (Cylindrical)
A standard bowl intended for feeding of simple shape and small size elements.

A Type (Stepped)
Feeding bigger or intricate shape elements. Used in medical design.

V Type (Conical)
A bowl intended for feeding of specific shape elements featuring a dominating dimension, e.g. flat parts, cylindrical cross-section elements, where the length is many times bigger than their diameter etc.
