Flocking

Properties:
– Delicate coating, which perfectly protects components from scratching;
– Colour: black;
– Non-resistant to abrasion (quicker coating wear and tear);

Application:
– To protect elements of fine surface;
– Recommended for feeding of elements an important feature of which is their aesthetic appearance (e.g. in the cosmetic sector);

Spray-on polyurethane coating

Properties:
– Polyurethane coating of 0.5-1.0 mm thickness;
– FDA 177.1680 certificate;
– Very good resistance to abrasion;
– Smooth surface;
– Colour: blue;

Application:
– Protects elements against soiling and scratching;
– Medical design;
– Recommended for feeding of elements an important feature of which is their aesthetic appearance (e.g. in the cosmetic sector).

Lining with smooth plate polyurethane

Properties:
– Flexible polyurethane coating approx. 2 mm thick;
– Smooth surface;
– Colour: brown;
– Good noise damping;
– High resistance to abrasion, wear/tear and impact;

Application:
– Protects bowl tracks against wear and tear;
– Reduces noise originating from elements contact with the bowl track;
– Recommended for feading: heavy metal parts or elements with sharp edges (among other, forged and pressed parts).

Zirconia balls abrasive blasting finish

Properties:
– Rendering uniform structure and colour to welded parts;
– AISI 304 or AISI 316 steel (depending on bowl design)

Application:
– Standard implied surface finishing;
– Used in absence of any special requirements;

Lining with structured plate polyurethane

Properties:
– Flexible polyurethane coating approx. 1.5 mm thick;
– Structured surface;
– Colour: white;
– Abrasion, wear/tear and impact resistant;

Application:
– Recommended for feeding of oiled, rubber or featuring low steel-to-element friction coefficient parts;
– Protects bowl tracks against wear and tear (but to a lesser degree than smooth plate polyurethane);

Polished

Properties:
– All surfaces having contact with fed elements are polished;
– AISI 304 or AISI 316 steel (depending on bowl design);
– This surface facilitates cleaning;

Application:
– Surface finish recommended for the medical design.
