Sound absorbing casing used for any cylindrical vibratory feeder considerably reduces noise emitted by the device. It is particularly important if the feeder operates at a short distance from human workplaces. Noise emitted by the feeder considerably varies depending on bowl size, its drive unit, type of track coating and, first and foremost, on the shape and material of which fed element is made.
We offer hexagonal sound absorbing unlocking casings with a solid or divided polycarbonate transparent cover.
Casings can be made to size adapted to a specific cylindrical feeder or according to your guidelines.
- Unlocking casing side made of AISI304 steel;
- Interior clad with sound absorbing sponge;
- Opening polycarbonate cover with a possibility to use gas springs;
